Essentials for HOT countries

Hey all!

This summer I'll be going to some hot countries so I've put together a list of things that I will be taking with me to help those of you travelling to hot places or if you live in one! A sequel to this for cold countries is in the works right now so look out for that ;)

• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Hat / cap
• WATER – I really should be italicising everything on this list
• Portable fan
• Umbrella for rain and/or sun
• Loose fitting / thin tops like this or this cute bardot top 
• Cardigan in case it gets chilly in the evenings and where there is air conditioning
• Swimsuit
• Sandals
• Spray mist
